Welcome to my Website!

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I am a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and a long-time resident in the Sacramento and Placer County area. 

With over 25 years of real estate experience in  property management and sales of homes, apartments and land, I have spent 4-1/2 of the last SIX years as a consistent, award-winning, top team producer with Del Webb at Sun City Lincoln Hills. Most recently, the last two years have been spent successfully selling resale homes for Coldwell Banker in Sun City Lincoln Hills and the surrounding areas - making the Masters Club for resale homes selling over FOUR MILLION Dollars of real estate in 2007!  I have been part of a team that successfully closed home sales nearing $150,000,000 at Sun City alone.

I have professionally represented homes and multi-family units throughout the Sacramento area.  I am skilled in successful contract negotiation, property valuation, finance, 1031 tax exchanges, as well as in the home design renovation process and property management.  As an Accredited Home Staging  Specialist, I can also provide advice on home staging.

A successful business built on honesty, trust and service has always been my goal. I work hard to build goodwill and referrals by using my market knowledge to get clients the best possible results. I believe my clients are my greatest assets and I appreciate them as friends.

When I am not working with clients, I am actively involved in spending time with my daughter and her two children.  She and her husband live nearby so, thankfully, I spend time with my two granddaughters as often as possible.  I am also actively involved in raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since my adorable granddaughter, Faith, was diagnosed with this horrific, life-threatening and currently incurable illness at the age of two weeks.  Currently three years old, she is doing well.
